Recently, Taicang T&W Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taicang T&W") successfully passed IATF16949: 2016 Automobile Quality Management System Compliance Letter Certification, and the Company has taken an important step into the automobile industry.
Taicang T&W is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen T&W Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). At the beginning of 2022, according to the development strategy, the Company formally set foot in the automotive electronics industry, quickly set up a team, and established Suzhou T&W Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary. The Company will take Taicang T&W Factory as its production base, PCBA manufacturing as the first stage to enter the automotive electronics market, and focus on the R&D and production of electronic components in the fields of intelligent cockpit and ADAS (Advanced Driving Assistance System), aiming to become a leading provider and manufacturer of automotive parts solutions in the industry. Passing IATF16949 certification will enhance the confidence of partners in the automotive field in the quality of the Company's automotive electronic products, and help the Company to further expand the customer cooperation radius and automotive electronic product matrix, which will have a positive impact on the development of the Company's automotive electronic business.
