On April 21st, on the occasion of the 29th World Book Day, the launch ceremony of the "100 Steps to the Grass, Four Seasons of Reading" - the 2024 Suzhou National Reading Series was held at the Guofeng Theater of Suzhou Culture and Art Center. Jin Jie, member of the Standing Committee of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Propaganda, and Cha Yingdong, Vice Mayor of the Suzhou Municipal Government, attended the ceremony and jointly launched the event with readers' representatives. At the launch ceremony, ten representatives of "Reading Family, Reading School, Reading Enterprise, Reading Community" were also named, which is an important achievement of the "Three-Year Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Efficiency of National Reading in Suzhou (2021-2023)". Taicang Tongwei was awarded the "Top Ten Reading Enterprises in Suzhou", which is the only award-winning unit in Taicang City.
