On the morning of July 5, accompanied by Qian Wenhui, deputy secretary of the Taicang Municipal Committee, Zhao Jianchu, deputy mayor, and other leaders of Taicang city, Yang Xiangxi, secretary of the Party Committee of Zhouzhi County of Shaanxi Province, and the party and government leaders of Zhouzhi County visited Taicang T&W for inspection and guidance, and expressed solicitude to workers from Zhouzhi county working in Taicang. Su Ming, director of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Zhouzhi County, made a detailed report on the employment assistance work between Taicang and Zhouzhi. Su mentioned that he hoped to continue to strengthen the docking with Taicang to help the labor force of Zhouzhi county to achieve the transition from physical work to technical work. And, she earnestly hopes that workers from Zhouzhi county working in Taicang will strive to build a new brand of labor export of Zhouzhi County.
As the representative of the company, Chen Kai warmly welcomed the party and government leaders from Zhouzhi county, and introduced them in detail the production, operation and employment situation of Taicang T&W. As she expressed, with the support of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Taicang High-tech Zone, the company has established a long-term relationship with Zhouzhi county on employment cooperation, and participated in the "Spring Action" held in Zhouzhi county for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019, with outstanding results achieved. In May this year, the company has also reached consensus on school-enterprise cooperation with the Vocational Education Center of Zhouzhi county, aiming to establish “T&W Technician Order Class” in the school in the future. It is estimated that 40 to 50 professional and technical personnel can be trained each year to become the driving force for the development of the company. On the other hand, she hopes to achieve in-depth cooperation with Zhouzhi County in the export of labor services, so as to reduce the pressure on enterprises to employ workers, and also make contribution to designated poverty alleviation.
After hearing carefully reports by all parties, secretary Yang Xiangxi expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Taicang Municipal Government and enterprises for their assistance work in employment, and hoped to continue to strengthen the coordination and docking between the two places, so as to comprehensively deepen and refine the mechanism of assistance and cooperation in employment, and achieve win-win development.
