Shenzhen Bandao Electronics Co., Ltd. 2016 Suppliers Conference was grandly held in Shenzhen Shajing Kirin Parkview Hotel on March 26. Vice General Manager Wei Yiming, Vice General Manager Long Xiaojing, Supply Chain Director Zhang Wei, Quality Control Director Liang Bin, Xinqiao Plan Director Zeng Baoshan, Taicang Plan Director Wang Shaocong and supply chain system departments attended the conference, and 200 core suppliers from the country were invited to participate in it. The conference adopted “gratitude, share, mutual progress and win” as the themes, our company realized good communications with the suppliers in the aspects of later development blueprint, future support policies for suppliers and friendly cooperation willing and strengthened understanding and enhanced mutual confidences of both parties through the platform of the suppliers conference. The conference analyzed and discussed current cooperation situations of both parties and conducted deep discussion about further development of business cooperation. At the conference, Vice General Manager Wei Yiming gave a welcoming speech and hoped that it will establish strategic partnership of long-term cooperation and constant development with the suppliers and seek a scientific development road of continuous win-win of both parties in his speech. He introduced the overall development tendency and strategic planning of the company, and emphasized its development orientation after it became a listed company and its requirements and resolution orienting at the establishment of highly-efficient, healthy and standard partnership. Meanwhile, Mr. Wei proposed his expectations on the suppliers in the aspects of cost, quality and delivery time etc. Afterwards, Supply Chain Director Zhang Wei confirmed our company’s future cooperation orientation with suppliers, emphasized quality importance, and deployed supply chain management planning in 2016. Targeting at Bandao’s purchase work objectives in the year, Director Zhang Wei elaborated the contents including work thought, management methods and target measures etc. in detail, and gave instructions for suppliers’ reorientation and cooperation with our company. Quality Control Director Liang Bin proposed definite quality objectives for the suppliers, requested that the suppliers shall reduce 70% of quality loss caused by material quality issues, and Bandao will work with the supplying partners, make common efforts and improve material quality up to a new level.
At last, the conference invited Long Xiaojing, who was the vice general manager of the company and director of T&W Charity Foundation to introduce works related to T&W Charity Foundation and our relevant cooperate culture, appealed the supplying partners to participate in our charity career together. Nearly 200,000 Yuan was donated by the suppliers for charity on the site. Excellent suppliers in 2015 were awarded at the conference, and twenty one suppliers were granted with “2015 Excellent Supplier”, two suppliers were granted with “the Best Partner Award”, three suppliers were granted with “the Best Quality Award”, five suppliers were granted with “the Best Service Award”, suppliers supporting our public welfare were granted with “Charity Enterprise Award” and nine suppliers were granted with “Strategic Cooperation Partner Award”. Three awarded supplier representatives delivered acceptance speeches. On the appreciation luncheon, Supply Chain Director Zhang Wei showed gratitude to the supplying partners for their excellent services and high-quality raw materials in this year. It’s believed that the conference will pave a friendship road for the established of long-term strategic relationship of both parties in the future.
