The Company Determined Pingshan New District Industry Land Would Win another Glory
On December 15, Wang Dawei, the chairman of the company, signed the Sales Confirmation in Shenzhen Land & Real Estate Exchange Center, and it would purchase nearly 50,000 square meters land at the starting price of 165 million Yuan, which meant that it determined officially to enter Pingshan New District soon, and set up industrial park of independent property rights in Pingshan New District. As of the date of the project approval in 2013, the project was determined finally after more than two years, which laid a solid foundation for the company’s high-end manufacturing and innovation transformation, and made a success for more than two years’ preparations.
As a company in new and high technology industry Shenzhen Bandao Electronics Co., Ltd. submitted the Feasibility Study Report of Broadband Network Terminal Equipment Industry Base Project to the municipal government and applied for Pingshan industry land in March 2013 in order to further broaden its development way. Upon expert evaluation and demonstration and decision-making by various functional departments in Shenzhen, Vice Mayor Lv Ruifeng made comments on January 14, 2014 that Pingshan New District Management Committee should research in conjunction with the industry competent department of the city and support it based on the principle of saving collective land. According to Pingshan New District Project Introduction and Promotion Work Leading Group Meeting Minutes Shen Ping Project Introduction [2014] No. 3 on April 16, 2014, it was agreed to introduce Bandao Electronics to invest and set up headquarters and industry base in Pingshan New District. When city leaders visited and serviced enterprises, Comrade Qiao Jiahua, the deputy director of the Municipal People’s Congress, required relevant functional departments to accelerate the project promotion progress in September 2015. Vice Mayor Liu Qingsheng made directives twice in October and November, and required relevant functional departments to speed up the project progress and solve enterprise’s difficulties in time. According to Shenzhen Land Use Right Granting Announcement Shen Tu Jiao Gao (2015) No. 24 on November 12, 2015, the number of our company’s parcel of land was G14317-0128. The parcel of land locates in the northwest corner of intersection of Pingshan New District Danzi Avenue and Rongsha Road, the land area is 49,222.78 square meters, the construction area will be 172,280 square meters, and the land use fixed number of year lasts 30 years. The starting price for land listing was 165 million Yuan. On November 14, the Urban Planning, Land & Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality listed on the internet to transfer this parcel of land, and the listing period lasted from Dec. 3 to Dec. 15.
Since December, the company consulted access condition matters to Shenzhen Municipal Economic and Trade and Information Commission, submitted online application on Shenzhen Land Trading System, and completed related procedures such as the company's internal payout request for the deposit and subject qualification examination, etc. On December 15, Chairman of the company signed the Purchase Confirmation, and purchased the industry land in Pingshan formally. Next, according to the requirement of the Granting Announcement, our company submitted the determination which met the requirements of industry admittance to the Municipal Economic and Trade and Information Committee, and the access industry category was new generation of information technology industry.
From the feasibility research report submitted in 2013 to the Granting Announcement published by the committee in 2015, the company’s operating performance rose steadily in these three years, went public successfully in this year and celebrated the most glorious moment in the company’s history. The company ushered in a new glory based on 18 years of hard struggle. The company put forward ten big projects as the focus of the next three years’ work recently, one of which is construction of Pingshan New District industry land, and we need to pour into work energetically.
