Inaugural Meeting of Top Management Team Appointed by the Third Board of Directors Was Held Successfully
On the morning of October 16, Bandao Stock grandly held the third Inaugural Meeting of Top Management Team appointed by the third Board of Directors. Since Bandao Stock held its first general meeting of stockholders in 2011, Bandao Stock has experienced the first and the second Board of Directors, top management team appointed by two terms of Board of Directors led the company accomplishing listing, directional add-issuance and exploring great strategy of transition, now top management team appointed by the third Board of Directors is about to lead all staff of the company to strive ahead jointly to accomplish great victory of preliminary stage of starting a new undertaking, and create a new situation and brilliant future of Bandao Stock.
Board members, leaders of the company and each subsidiary company participated in the meeting. The meeting invited Qi Jianzhong and He Weidi who are the supervisors of the third Board of Supervisors, Li Yan who is Security Affairs Representative, and leaders from subsidiary companies to take part in the meeting through video connection. Managing Director Wang Dawei announced appointment, Tang Fonan was appointed as General Manager of Bandao Stock, Hu Zumin, Wang Zhibo, Wang Lan, Gong Pusheng, Wei Yiming, Tang Xiaolin and Long Xiaojing as Deputy General Managers of Bandao Stock, and He Yimeng as Board Secretary of Bandao Stock. Tenure of above appointment is three years. Newly appointed top management team delivered report focusing on the topic of “three-year tenure, fulfilling their duties and striving to promote development of the company; starting a new undertaking, daring to break and create and promising to improve market positioning of the company”.
