On November 2, the ninth Tongwei new employees’ mountaineering activity of South China Zone of Bandao Co., Ltd. was carried out in Wutong Mountain. 215 staffs and primary backbones of South China Zone employed after February 2017 attended the ceremony. Shen Kai, production, human resources and administrative deputy general manager attended the activity, presented prizes to the winners and delivered a speech.
Called “the first peak in Pengcheng”, Wutong Mountain is the highest peak in Shenzhen, with an altitude of 943 meters. The route in this activity was from Taishan Ravine to the top of Wutong Mountain. It is mainly composed of zigzag steps, which are very difficult for climbing. However, during the climbing process, no one gave up halfway. Instead, they helped each other and cheered for each other. At last, all employees climbed onto the top. Huang Xiangcan from Engineering Department won men’s first place with a score of 1 hour, 36 minutes and 22 seconds. Xie Erfei and Long Guangwei from Test Department won men’s second and third places respectively. Zeng Xiangfen from Test Department won women’s first place with a score of 2 hours, 3 minutes and 27 seconds. Wei Rongfen and Cheng Yanchun from No. 1 Manufacturing Department won women’s second and third places respectively.
The 1st team composed of employees from Production Center, Quality Center and Order Delivery Center won the first place of the team award, with an average time of 2 hours, 49 minutes and 50 seconds. The 7th team composed of employees from Production Platform won the second place. The 4th team composed of employees from Test Department and Engineering Department won the third place.
After the prize-awarding ceremony, Deputy General Manager Shen Kai thanked the administrative department and volunteer team for facilitating the success of the activity in his summary speech. He pointed out that the attendance rate of the activity was 100%, the summit-reaching rate was 100% and the average time spent by everyone was 3 hours, 12 minutes and 58 seconds. It is a score that has never occurred before so everyone here is a warrior. He hoped that everyone would carry forward the fighting spirit in their work and make contributions to the development of the company.
