Training improves performance and learning achieves excellence. T&W Training College and the company’s Party Committee jointly held the T&W Forum’s special lecture on 5G Era of Internet of Everything on the morning of May 16. A total of 408 Party members and studious colleagues from Pingshan, Nanshan, Taicang, Shanghai, Taixing, Xi’an, Dalian and Shandong attended the training.
Li Jie, the manager of T&W Training College, made an opening speech before the training. He hoped that the T&W Forum could become an important supplement to the vocational skills training of employees and an important way for employees to broaden their horizons and improve their humanistic quality.
In order to strengthen the construction of learning organization, fully implement the company’s requirements of talent upgrading and team optimization, and further enhance the company’s colleagues’ basic understanding of communication field, especially 5G technology, the company’s Party Committee specially invited Dr. Jiang Yong from Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University gave a T&W Forum’s special lecture on 5G Era of Internet of Everything. Professor Jiang Yong lectured respectively from 5G overview, progress, architecture and 5G-based. Professor Jiang analyzed and shared the basic knowledge and application of 5G, development status and regional layout in straightaway language, profound knowledge and profound forward-looking academic idea. Meanwhile, he sorted out and looked forward to the weak links of 5G and the development trend of communication technology in the future.
It is reported that the T&W Forum will integrate more resources to introduce rich expert level courses and hold more wonderful lectures in combination with Party Committee, Youth League Committee, foundation, company’s experts and external resources.
