On the evening of June 3, Bandao Electronics (South China Area) held the 2019 Employee Commendation Meeting and 2020 Team Singing Competition of “Facing the Challenge, Achieving the Mission” at the factory. The company’s Chairman Wang Dawei, the deputy general managers Long Xiaojing, Gong Pusheng, Wei Yiming, as well as all the leaders and employees working in Pingshan attended the meeting.
At the meeting, 100 outstanding employees, 16 T&W craftsmen, 6 people touching T&W and 12 advanced teams were commended, and the company’s leaders presented awards to the award-winning employees.
A video of the winners was shown at the commendation site, and their family members’ speeches VCR were specially recorded in order to express the company’s gratitude to the outstanding employees’ family members for supporting the company’s work these years.
After the commendation meeting, a song and dance show Youth 2020 marked the beginning of singing competition, which was brilliant performance participated in by six teams of South China Netcom production platform.
After the fierce competition on the spot, “If the War Breaks out Today” from the Longteng team, the second manufacturing department of South China Netcom won the first place, and “Glory and Dream” from product engineering center and “Sunshine Always Comes After the Storm” from the first manufacturing department tied for the second place, and the other teams won the third place.
Wei Honghai, General Manager of South China Netcom, delivered a speech at the commendation meeting. Based on the international political and economic situation, General Manager Wei analyzed the business environment of South China Netcom, and proposed that the thinking should be more open and the goal should be more ambitious. General Manager Wei pointed out that, on the one hand, South China Netcom should seek new paths in the worsening international environment to pursue sustainable development of international business; meanwhile, it should have sovereign thinking and gradually increase the share of domestic market; it should not be limited to the original Netcom, but drive the development of its own brand and channel with its leading products through the development of 5G field, new product solutions and applications.
The company’s Chairman Wang made a summary speech for the commendation meeting. He pointed out that he hoped that the South China Netcom presented multi-level individual awards to more show outstanding employees for everyone to learn in difficult times, and South China Netcom could move forward only in the advanced drive. General Manager Wang pointed out that today’s meeting was also a mobilization meeting to mobilize all employees to overcome the coronavirus epidemic, the unprecedented challenges brought by the international economic downturn and the uncertainties brought by western powers. All employees should feel the responsibility burden on their shoulders. What we shoulder is not only the output value and profit this year, but also the prosperity of the Chinese nation.
