In the morning of March 27, the general election of ShenzhenT&W Love Charity Foundation was successfully completed in Shekou headquarters, Shenzhen. And then the first meeting of the second board of directors of T&W Love Charity Foundation was held.
Shenzhen T&W Love Charity Foundation was formally established in July 2012. Over the five years, the Foundationhas always kept in mind the purpose for sustainable development. According to the provisions of the Foundation regulation, the term of the first board of directors has reached five years and the general election of the board of directors was organized after being approved by the competent authority. 21 directors were elected for the board of directors and Deputy Manager Tang Xiaojing of Bandao Stock was elected chairman of the board again, Deputy Manager Chen Kai of Xinqiao HR was elected vice chairman of the board, Party Secretary Wen Haiyu of Bandao Stock was elected secretary general of the board and Assistant Qi Jianzhong to general manager of Bandao Stock was elected board supervisor. The new members of the second board of directors would perform their duties for a term of three years according to division of labor. And then the first meeting of the second board of directors of T&W Love Charity Foundation was held. An amendment to Rules of T&W Love Charity Foundation was approved at the conference, and the Foundation accountant reported the financial expenses of the Foundation in 2016, Chairman Long Xiaojing reported the work plan and budget of the Foundation in 2017 and Board Supervisor Qi Jianzhong made a supervision and review report of the fund use in the previous year. Wang Dawei, the director of the Foundation and chairman of Bandao Stock put forward earnest expectations and requirements on the future development of the Foundation. He said: the foundation is the most important part of corporate culture. The corporate culture that the company develops the enterprise, trains talents and gives back to the society is very important. Developing the enterprise is our relentless pursuit because only when the enterprise develops well can the employees work and live better. Training talents is to cultivate their knowledge, ability and even moral quality. To give back to the society, we emphasize on our obligations to the society, which should be the driving force of all employees. We have expressed our gratitude for the society since we were young, so we should give back to it and the Foundation is an important platform to do that. The company annually mobilizes nearly 10 thousand employees to join in the public welfare and everyone should be involved to donate money or things to the Foundation, reflecting the feedback to the society. Of course, we also welcome contributions from other individuals or organizations, such as suppliers to expand the influence, but the main source of funding is the donation of the company and its employees, which should be carefully implemented because it is the most important characteristic of T&W Love Charity Foundation. I believe that with the continuous development of the company, the influence of the Foundation will be greater and greater.
