To set up a good example and promote the economic development and social stability of Shenzhen, 300 enterprises were selected as “Shenzhen Leading Enterprises with Harmonious Labor Relations” after recommended by Nanshan District Coordinating Committee of Labor Relations, assessed by the Municipal Coordination Committee of Labor Relations and approved by the public. Through the selection, companies that have made outstanding achievements in complying with national labor laws and regulations, caring employees, innovating corporate culture and maintaining harmonious labor relations in 2011 were awarded. Among the 300 companies, Shenzhen Bandao Electronics Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title again, displaying its corporate culture of people foremost and constant innovation.
