Qi Jianzhong, the leader of Staff Representative Congress, staff representatives and the company leaders including Hu Zumin, Long Xiaojing and Chen Kai held the Fourth Plenary Session of the First Staff Representative Congress of Shenzhen Bandaog Electronics Co., Ltd in Meeting Hall in the first floor of Xinqiao T&W on March 15. Vice Chairman Yin Zewang presided the congress, and it passed the latest regulations and systems including 2014 Collective Labor Contract, Welfare Management Systems in 2014, Quality Management Reward and Punishment Systems, Staff Handbook and Employee Handbook through discussion.
The way of question and answer was adopted on the site, and staff representatives voted by raising hands and passed the updating of all the systems unanimously at last. Revisions of the system kept pace with the latest regulations, and many innovative measures were put forwards, so that management will tend to be improved. The Staff Representative Congress passed revisions of systems successfully and completed the addition of seven resigned staff representatives in order to play its role in organizing in a better way.
