Through innovation, development, common efforts and practice, our company worked with Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications and recreated the new chapter of university and enterprise cooperation in July 2014. Vice President Wang Lan of the company visited Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CUPT) and communicated with the university leaders, and both parties signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement and “Bandao Scholarship” Donation Agreement on July 8.
On the agreement signing ceremony, Vice President Wang introduced the development conditions of the company, expected to develop overall cooperation with the university, make use of its talent and technology advantages and provide powerful support for the development of the company. As the first university scholarship established by the company, “CUPT & Bandao Scholarship” covers the development concept of the company, extends from Hope Primary School to higher education, and interprets the enterprise’s mission “to develop the enterprise, cultivate talents and repay the society”. CUPT is a university characterized by information science and technology and has cultivated numerous professional talents for the communication industry for years, and the company hopes that “Bandao Scholarship” can play a certain role in promoting talent cultivation.
Vice President Lin Jinchao of CUPT extended a warm welcome to Bandao’s visit, showed his gratitude to the company’s establishment of “Bandao Scholarship” to support the university education course, and hoped that both parties can develop practical cooperation in the aspects such as talent cultivation, joint application for project, commissioned development, achievement transformation and technical exchange according to the spirits of the cooperation agreement.
During the visit, the group of Vice President Wang visited Museum of History, College of Communications and Automation, and investigated the key laboratory of the university on the spot. University-enterprise cooperative projects between the company and Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications will be implemented one by one and developed orderly.
