On June 2, it was the second day after Shanghai Branch resumed work and on the eve of Dragon Boat Festival, T&W held the 2021 T&W Stars, Old Employees Service Award Commendation and 2022 Art Performance in South China. The conference solemnly commended the T&W Stars and Old Employees Service Award in South China in 2021 and the May Day Labor Medal selected by Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions and Pingshan District Federation of Trade Unions. On May Day this year, Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions and Pingshan District Federation of Trade Unions selected a group of outstanding individuals and advanced collectives who worked hard, were brave in innovation and were willing to contribute. Among them, Wei Honghai of our company won the May Day Labor Medal of Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions in 2022, and the Lean Improvement Team of Pingshan Factory won the title of Pioneer of Pingshan Workers in 2022. Due to the prevention and control of epidemic situation, Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions and Pingshan District Federation of Trade Unions planned not to give centralized recognition this year, so the company's trade union presented awards at this conference.
In 2021, there were many unforgettable stories and moments of T&W. Countless happy heroes have worked hard and made the company's performance reach a new high. Because of the epidemic situation, this commendation conference came late, but it was also just in time. Company leaders Wang Dawei, Tang Funan, Hu Zumin, Wang Lan, Gong Pusheng, Wei Yiming, Tang Xiaolin, Long Xiaojing and He Yimeng attended the conference. Among them, Wang Lan and Gong Pusheng attended the meeting by video due to epidemic situation and business trip. Wang Dawei and Tang Funan jointly presented awards to the old employees who won the Ten-Year Service Award, the Twenty-Year Service Award and the Thirty-Year Service Award. Hu Zumin, Wei Yiming, etc. presented awards to T&W Stars. Ren Yongqiang, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Company, presented Shenzhen May Day Labor Medal and Award of Pioneer of Pingshan Workers to Wei Honghai and the Lean Improvement Team of Pingshan Factory. In 2022, T&W progress started to strengthen the leadership of the new core team, strengthen intelligent communication, expand 5G, well carry out closed beta test, and open up the promising automotive electronics business under the guidance of Basic Law of T&W.
