On September 8th, on the occasion of the 39th Teachers' Day, in order to effectively deploy the company's talent training work in 2023, and to recognize the internal lecturers, top ten mentors, and training administrators who have made outstanding contributions to the training work within the company, as well as to recognize individuals and learning teams who love learning and grow rapidly, Tongwei Training School organized a meeting on Tongwei Electronics' 2023 talent training work and an outstanding recognition ceremony for Tongwei Training School with the theme of "planning and layout to cultivate talents, creating and sharing to show style". The meeting was held via video conference, with Pingshan as the main venue, and eight branch venues including Taicang, Vietnam, Haining, Jinan, Dalian, Pudong, Haining, and Xi'an were set up at the same time.
