On the morning of April 26th, General Manager Tang Fonan and Deputy General Manager Long Xiaojing of Bandao Stock paid an inspection visit to Jiangsu Taixing Suhang Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. accompanied by Deputy General Manager Wang Lan and Xu Zhengwei.
Mr. Tang held and presided over Suhang Medical Work Conference, and the heads of various departments of Suhang attended the conference. In the first place, the persons in charge of the systems briefly reported the work summary and planning of all departments. Deputy General Manager Long Xiaojing pointed out: “The culture of Bandao Group is universal. The development of Suhang Medical’s enterprise culture should pick up the pace to integrate with Bandao Group culture while maintaining its original excellent corporate culture. Meanwhile, it should try to keep the talents localized and ensure the continuous and healthy development of Suhang Medical”. Finally, General Manager Mr. Tang summarized the speeches. He expressed that Suhang has a great ambition, but exists many problems presently, with too poor foundation and too heavy tasks. And he also proposed improvement points in allusion to the work reports made by the heads of departments respectively, with a hope that Suhang can speed up its management improvement and business development to achieves its goals.
After the conference, Mr. Tang and other leaders inspected all production workshops, warehouses, and office areas, and heard the introductions of the responsible persons of relevant departments. After this inspection and guidance, all employees of Suhang Medical will make great efforts to do well their work and improve the management and operation continuously.
